Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery Areas

We do not currently ship to Switzerland, for customs-related reasons.

We ship as usual within Germany and worldwide to countries outside the EU. Due to the Packaging Ordinance that came into effect on 12.08.2026, we are temporarily unable to ship to countries within the European Union. We kindly ask customers from the EU to get in touch with us before placing an order – together we'll find a solution, such as shipping to a colleague, friend, or family member in Germany, or personal pickup at our store in Munich.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of €7.00 per order for shipping.

International deliveries:
We charge a flat rate of €35.00 per order for international shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes place within the delivery time stated in the offer (in the case of agreed advance payment, following receipt of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single shipment wherever possible, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Accepted Payment Methods

Advance payment by bank transfer, PayPal (including installment payment and pay-by-invoice), Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
