Material & Care
strawberry & cream jewellery pieces are handmade and crafted from semi-precious stones such as moonstone, agate, onyx, coral, rose quartz, and smoky quartz, as well as mother-of-pearl, sterling silver, and Swarovski elements. The jewellery pieces in our gold collection are gold- or rose gold-plated. Our silver necklaces and bracelets are exclusively manufactured in German silver factories and are refined with an additional silver plating and an anti-tarnish coating.
Each individual piece of jewellery is made to order especially for you.
For silver jewellery, please note: it stays most beautiful when worn regularly. If silver jewellery is left in a drawer or even in the bathroom, it may tarnish and turn dark. This is a sign of quality and not a defect. If your jewellery or individual silver components do tarnish, you can polish them with a standard silver cleaning cloth. If oxidation is particularly strong, you are welcome to send your jewellery to us for professional refurbishment.
We generally recommend avoiding contact of bracelets, necklaces, and pendants with perfume, lotions, or sunscreen. Except for pure silver pieces, jewellery should not be worn while bathing or showering. Most items can be cleaned with a soft cloth—please never use cleaning agents, as they can cause stones and crystals to lose their shine.
In accordance with German legal regulations, please note that due to the risk of swallowing small parts, these jewellery pieces must not be given to children under the age of three.
Our customers are often pleasantly surprised by our customer service! For example, if a bracelet from one of our younger fans becomes too small, you are welcome to send it to us. We will enlarge it by adding a few beads so that the favourite piece can be worn again. This service is free of charge; we only ask that you include return postage in the form of stamps.
If the item belongs to a size category where larger sizes (L or XL) are priced higher, we will charge only the price difference when upgrading from S/M to L/XL (e.g. for silver bracelets).
Please note that handcrafted beaded bracelets, necklaces, and pendants are not infinitely tear-resistant beyond normal use. If something does break, we are happy to repair your jewellery. Over time, the elastic band of a bracelet may stretch with frequent wear—in this case, we will restring your bracelet free of charge.
Do you have a favourite bracelet from one of our older collections? We are happy to replace any metal components still used with equivalent sterling silver beads or pendants for the price difference—so you don’t need to order a completely new piece.
We are also happy to accommodate customer requests regarding colour and size. However, certain motif beads may only be available in limited quantities, as our collections change regularly depending on sourcing and supplier availability. Please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
